AbstraktAbstract

The outstanding properties of diamond, such as radiation hardness, high carrier mobility, high band gap and breakdown field, distinguish it as a good candidate for radiation detectors. There are different types of diamond detector as PCVD, monocrystal diamond grown on natural diamond. Diamond detector (prepared by university ROMA3) was monocrystal grown on silicon. Our results of measurement on diamond detector were overwhelming and opened field for studying of its detection principles.
