AbstraktAbstract

A bus controlled system for online and remote monitoring of fast neutrons produced at the CTU Prague Van de Graaff accelerator has been built. This system can be operated remotely and the parameters can be changed without the need to enter the accelerator hall during accelerator operation. The bus controlled system allows for remote data readout and varying parameters. An additional advantage of the bus conception is the possibility of extension and configurability of the system. The bus arbiter and single channel analyzer for one photomultiplier are provided. This flexible system allows to connect and operate different detectors such as liquid and plastic scintillating devices.
