AbstraktAbstract
The tailor-made C++ reconstruction software Lamino allows a high contrast reconstruction of objects for which is standard CT not suitable. This reconstruction technique is called laminography. This software is using the Expectation Maximization (EM) and Ordered Subset EM (OSEM) algorithms and can inherit complex measurement models. The changes which have to be done in the EM algorithm in order to use it in the laminography include the geometry of the measurements; instead of sinograms the tangetograms are involved. Lamino can be used for reconstruction of measured data or for the simulation where different models (e.g. charge sharing, fan beam, detection efficiency) can be tested. It was shown that even with small amount of data taken at narrow angle range the program Lamino can deliver the high contrast reconstruction.
