AbstraktAbstract

On the base low-noise integrated circuits, the amplifier of signals from silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) has been design and constructed. The signal from SiPM is amplified and shaped with respect to noise suppression. Amplifying factor is relatively small (Au is approx. 10, but is possible to change) for matching with follow low-voltage ADC. Input impedance is 50 ohm, output is suitable for matching with coaxial cable. The purpose of amplifier is for signal processing from great-volume detector (S3) for detection of reactor antineutrino.
