AbstraktAbstract

A precise direct-current meter with a 1nA resolution, operating in the wide dynamic range of 1 nA – 100 μA (i.e. 100 dB, without a need to change ranges, not even automatically), optionally acting as an integrator. The device is powered and communicates over a USB connection with a computer to which measured data are sent in 1s intervals. The meter was primarily designed to monitor beam current of an accelerator, but is generally usable.
