AbstraktAbstract

For purposes of inspection, monitoring and tuning of the accelerated beam we constructed a beam inspection apparatus and prepared necessary software user interface. It has possibility of optical beam monitoring (beam trail on quartz window observed with webcam) and beam current measurement on the quartz glass or on two apertures.
