AbstraktAbstract
A prototype of autonomous tester based on FPGA performing hardware in the loop test for selected components. The tester provides trigger signals for selected number of particle detectors, which work synchronously and in coincidence. Data in terms of particle type, enregy and time measured by detectors, and time and failure type measured by the tester are prepared for correlation.
