AbstraktAbstract

Correction of X-ray radiograms taken with semiconductor pixel detectors: The detection efficiency of pixels in semiconductor pixel detector is energy dependent and, moreover, this dependence is unique for each of them. This leads together with effect of beam hardening to distortions of images acquired during transmission X-ray radiography. The designed software records response curve for each pixel. Subsequently it can perform correction of X-ray radiograms.
