AbstraktAbstract
Cílem projektu je vyvinout nové detekční a zobrazovací systémy, které budou aplikovány pro zajištění jaderné bezpečnosti, v elektronové mikroskopii, lékařské diagnostice, měřící technice a dalších aplikacích pro detekci ionizujícího záření. Součástí výzkumu a vývoje je (A) návrh a optimalizace nových speciálních detekčních jednotek pro elektronovou mikroskopii, (B) vývoj a výzkum UV stínítek s použitím nových scintilačních materiálů včetně jejich opracování a (C) konstrukce nových zobrazovacích systémů pro detekci ionizujícího záření za použití bezšumových pixelových detektorů typu Medipix
The aim is to develop a new detection and imaging systems, which will be applied in electron microscopy, medical diagnostics, measuring techniques and other applications for detection of ionizing particles. The development consists of (i) design of new generation of detection units for electron microscopy, (ii) developement of extremely thin UV emitting scintillation screens and (iii) construction of noiseless imaging systems for ionizing radiation based on the Medipix chip or equivalent.
